Founder Suzi McAlpine understands all to well the challenges, complexities and nuances of leadership today.

A leader and senior executive herself, Suzi was a head-hunter, executive coach and a practice leader for a division at the world’s largest HR consulting firm. In 2011, she started the business to facilitate clarity, direction and optimal performance in the areas people need it most. Today, Suzi continues to offer executive coaching and to share her experiences and insights through a busy speaking practice.
